WebFrom the log, it looks like there could possibly be a race between the FSAL close (file_close is the Gluster implementation) methods on multiple threads. file_close checks openflags and then decides whether to actually close or return ERR_FSAL_NOT_OPENED which when returned keeps the open_fd_count from being decremented.
